The delivery company (Evri) left my parcel in an unsafe place & it was not there when I got home.
I notified the delivery company but got no response.
I then contacted Thompson & Morgan Customer service & they immediately issued a replacement.
Excellent result.
Other customer service departments should learn from this. Thank you

Excellent vendor but poor shipping company
Very good product, but the company is being let down by its choice of shipping company. Order number one resulted in someone else’s box of wine delivered instead of birdseed. The shipping company seemed incapable of finding the original order. Happy Beaks was contacted and immediately and cheerfully re-shipped another box of birdseed which was safely received. Faith in vendor restored. Order two arrived, but again the shipper delivered it wrong - to a neighbour. But we found it and retrieved it. A good company that has my business despite shipping issues.
A very impressive experience
I have been a satisfied customer of Happy Beaks for some 18 months, but recently had two occasions where bird feeders I had bought failed to live up to expectations, with two vanishing without trace. Yesterday, at around 2pm I emailed them to tell them what had happened, but made no request for refund or otherwise. Three hour later I had an email from Becky on the Customer Service team advising me that both items (one puchased in May and the other quite recently) would be replaced. I'm both surprised with te speed of response and most grateful for the unexpected outcome.

My recent order didn’t arrive on time due to an error. This was immediately corrected by Happy beaks. They are an excellent firm to deal with their customer service is second to non. Their product speaks for itself as I have very happy birds

What has happened to my order of peanuts, awaiting pick up from Happy beaks for 2 weeks now, sent many e mails they just don’t answer anything , carrier refers me to Happy Beaks.

Wide range of choice
Wide range of choice, competition prices and fast delivery for items in stock. On one occasion, when the courier delivered to the wrong address, Happy Beaks customer service were very helpful and promptly resolved the matter.

They don't Make a Drama Out of a Crisis
I have shopped with Happy Beaks on many occasions and have always found their prices competitive and their service to be very good, especially when I recently had a glitch with my order. Once I contacted them they were quick to rectify it and did not make a drama out of a crisis. I will certainly return in the future.

Dismayed!!
I have for the second time had to cancel an order for no grow no mess bird seed, and request a refund. No indication on the website that the seed is out of stock, indeed it says that despatch would be within 24 hours if ordered by midday. Have been told that despatch will not happen before 15/8/22. Just not good enough. Will not be returning to this company.

Dreadful, the claimed they had a bird feeder in stock, which I ordered for my father's birthday, took my money promised to deliver and only 3 weeks later when nothing arrived, when I complained did they admit that they didnt stock the product and could not source it

Do not order from Happy Beaks
Do not order from Happy Beaks. I ordered over £150 worth of bird food (one of their bundles). Nearly a month later and I am still waiting for my items. Communication is shocking / inexistent. I chased, got given a dispatch date. Items still haven’t turned up, no communication, no explanation. It’s daylight robbery. Something is very wrong with this company. Do not, I repeat do not order from them. I am going to leave reviews wherever I can because this is beyond unacceptable.

Very very poor service...ordered 25kg of sunflower seeds via Amazon fulfilled as 2 x 12.75kg bags...only one bag arrived and have had to go through numerous requests for the second bag....NOTHING HAPPENS...so my assumption is that you are not interested in Customer Service...will NOT be using you again

I thought I'd try Happy Beaks as a change to my usual supplier "Love Garden Birds". From the moment I placed my order their incompetence, lack of communication and sheer lack of interest has been frustrating. Couldn't complete my order on time, then told it was to be dispatched....I waited.... nothing, contacted them again to be told it was to be delayed again for another month. Jeez!!! I was only ordering suet pellets. Asked for a refund..... useless company!
My own fault, I should have stayed with Love Garden Birds ?♂️

Excellent value and service.
I am impressed with the high quality of Robin Food and Peanuts, as well as the design and versatility of the bird feeders which can be adjusted for the finer Niger seeds. Especially nice was the free gift of a giant sturdy peanut feeder. The delivery was very quick and the price reasonable. The website is well constructed and full of important information.
I will order from Happy Beaks again and will recommend it to all my friends.

Ordered 2 Bird Hotels with Solar lights beginning of July 2021
Ordered 2 Bird Hotels with Solar lights beginning of July 2021 with a despatch date end August then they postponed despatch to mid September then postponed it to early October and then AGAIN to the end of October. I finally lost patience and cancelled the order and requested a full refund which I received in 4 days. I suggest that you call them prior to placing an order to check if they actually have the items you want in stock.

This company is a total disgrace
This company is a total disgrace. They could not organize a booze up in a brewery. I ordered bird food from them, and was told delivery would be next day. That was a lie. After six days it apparently had not been collected, let alone been sent! The supposed couriers (whistl) had not been contacted to collect this order!
If you are thinking of buying anything from Happy Beaks I strongly recommend that you think again.
